The Nitrogen Generator (Nitrogen Purity: 99.5%) is designed for industries that require a stable and cost-effective nitrogen supply. Using advanced PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, the system separates nitrogen from compressed air through high-efficiency carbon molecular sieves, providing continuous 99.5% nitrogen suitable for manufacturing, packaging, chemical processing, and many other applications.

This generator offers reliable performance, low operating cost, and long service life—making it an ideal solution for replacing traditional nitrogen cylinders or liquid nitrogen deliveries.

Working Principle

The nitrogen generator uses a dual-tower PSA adsorption process:

1. Adsorption

Compressed air enters the adsorption tower, where carbon molecular sieves selectively absorb oxygen, moisture, and trace gases. Pure nitrogen is delivered through the outlet.

2. Regeneration

The second tower regenerates simultaneously. A small portion of the produced nitrogen is used to desorb oxygen from the molecular sieve and discharge it safely into the atmosphere.

3. Automatic Switching

A PLC controller switches the towers every 45–60 seconds to ensure stable nitrogen purity at 99.5% without interruption.
