Design features

Energy Saving: Pre-drying reduces the moisture load on the adsorption system, lowering regeneration air consumption and extending desiccant life while maintaining a consistently low pressure dew point.

The wet compressed air first enters the pre-cooler of the refrigerated drying system, where it exchanges heat with the dry, low-dew-point air discharged from the adsorption drying system. This process reheats the low-dew-point air while simultaneously pre-cooling the incoming compressed air and removing part of its moisture. The compressed air temperature is reduced to near ambient temperature, thereby reducing the cooling load on the evaporator.The pre-cooled compressed air then enters the evaporator for further heat exchange, where it is cooled to a pressure dew point of approximately 2–10°C. Most of the moisture and oil, together with some impurities in the compressed air, condense at this stage. The condensate is then effectively separated from the compressed air by an air-water separator.The partially dried compressed air passes through an oil-removal filter before entering the adsorption drying system. Within the adsorption bed, residual moisture is deeply adsorbed by high-efficiency molecular sieve desiccant, producing compressed air with a very low pressure dew point. The low-dew-point compressed air then passes through a high-efficiency particulate filter to remove residual dust and desiccant particles, ultimately providing clean compressed air with an ultra-low pressure dew point.

  • Applicable Fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air

  • Rated Inlet Pressure: 0.7 MPa (0.6–1.0 MPa, customizable)

  • Rated Air Inlet Temperature: 50°C (limit ≤ 80°C)

  • Regeneration Method: No-heat / Micro-heat

  • Cooling Method: Air-cooled / Water-cooled

  • Outlet Pressure Dew Point: ≤ -40°C

  • Adsorbent: Activated alumina + high-performance molecular sieve

  • Rated Ambient Temperature: 35°C (2–45°C usable)
