The heatless regenerative adsorption dryer is based on pressure swing adsorption. When the water vapor in the mixed component has a high partial pressure, the adsorbent absorbs water. In an environment with a low water vapor partial pressure, the adsorbed water in the adsorbent completes the ” Desorb” and return to the gas phase, so the adsorbent is actively regenerated. The low partial pressure desorption air used in the heatless regeneration dryer is taken from a part of the product gas output by the machine. The regeneration gas and the product gas come from the same source, which brings great convenience to the heatless regeneration adsorption dryer and makes its structure very special. Simple and the operation process is also very convenient. In the heatless regeneration process, the desorbed gas is not only a necessary energy source for regeneration, but also serves as a carrier for water vapor discharge. Since pressure swing adsorption is generally regarded as an isothermal process, the heatless regeneration dryer does not need an additional cooling process. The desorption and regeneration of the adsorbent are completed simultaneously in the heatless regeneration.
