Product Details

The working principle of the zero-gas consumption waste heat regeneration dryer is to use the heat of the high-temperature air discharged from the air compressor to directly heat the adsorbent that has undergone the adsorption process.To completely dehydrate and regenerate the adsorbent, the compressed air cooled by the cooler is used in the blowing and cooling process. Since there is no finished product compressed air consumption during the heating, regeneration and blowing and cooling processes.consumption, thus saving energy to the greatest extent.

Operating conditions and Technical requirements

  1. Applicable fluids: compressed air, non-corrosive air
  2. Rated inlet pressure: 0.7MPa (0.6MPa–1.0MPa is allowed, other pressure levels are accepted for customization)
  3. Rated inlet temperature: 120℃ (allowable inlet temperature: 110℃-180℃)
  4. Regeneration gas consumption: ≤3%
  5. Outlet pressure dew point: -20℃/-40℃ optional
  6. Cooling water temperature: ≤32℃
  7. Cooling water pressure: 0.2MPa~0.6MP
