design principle

1. The evaporator core is designed in the center of the whole heat exchanger assembly, which can better solve the loss of cold volume and provide more cold volume to the pre-cooler.
2. Newly designed integrated water separator, efficient vapor-liquid separation, so that condensation resolved out of the water is completely separated with 304 stainless steel wire mesh cascade over the catch, to get dry and clean compressed air.

1. Applicable fluids: compressed air, non-corrosive air
2. Rated inlet pressure: 0.7MPa (0.6MPa~1.0MPa is allowed to be used, other pressure levels are subject to customization)
3. Rated air inlet temperature: 45℃ (limit air inlet temperature: ≤60℃)
4. Pressure loss under full load: <0.01MPa
5. Dew point of outlet pressure: 2℃～10℃
6. Rated ambient temperature: 35℃(2℃~45℃ can be used)
7. Cooling method: air-cooled/water-cooled optional
