Design features

Ultra-Low Pressure Drop:The pre-cooler features a newly designed annular tube configuration with approximately three times more tubes than conventional designs. The increased flow area significantly reduces air resistance, resulting in an overall pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar.

Low Dew Point:An optimized integrated 3-in-1 design, combined with a unique water separation system, ensures a consistently low and stable pressure dew point.

Intelligent Control:Equipped with a PLC and touchscreen as standard. The system automatically adjusts the compressor’s refrigeration capacity according to the evaporator load, ensuring optimal and energy-efficient operation. An RS-485 communication interface is also included as standard.

The evaporator core is positioned at the center of the integrated heat exchanger assembly, effectively minimizing cooling loss and providing greater cooling capacity to the pre-cooler.

The newly designed integrated water separator provides highly efficient gas-liquid separation, ensuring effective removal of condensed moisture. Combined with a multi-layer 304 stainless steel wire mesh, it further enhances filtration and separation performance, delivering clean, dry compressed air.

To ensure stable drying performance and reliable long-term operation, the Low Pressure Differential Refrigerated Air Dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:

  • Applicable fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air
  • Rated inlet pressure: 0.7 MPa
  • Allowable pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa, other pressure levels customizable
  • Rated inlet temperature: 45°C
  • Maximum inlet temperature: ≤ 80°C
  • Pressure loss under full load: < 0.01 MPa
  • Outlet pressure dew point: 2°C–10°C
  • Rated ambient temperature: 35°C
  • Ambient operating range: 2°C–45°C
  • Cooling method: Air-cooled or water-cooled optional

For the best operating result, the dryer should be installed in a clean and well-ventilated environment with stable inlet conditions. Proper system matching and suitable pre-filtration help maintain drying efficiency, reduce pressure loss, and protect downstream equipment.
