The 200 CFM refrigerated air dryer (air cooled) combines durability and performance to meet the demands of modern compressed air systems.
High-temperature compressed air containing moisture and oil first enters the air-cooled pre-cooler and the air-to-air heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled to reduce its temperature. It then passes through the air-to-refrigerant evaporator, where the compressed air is cooled to a dew point of 2–10°C. During cooling, moisture, oil, and some impurities condense and are separated from the compressed air by the gas-liquid separator. The condensate is then discharged through an automatic drain valve. Finally, the dry compressed air passes through the air-to-air heat exchanger, where it is reheated to near ambient temperature, providing clean, dry compressed air for downstream use.

The compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for initial cooling, and then passes through the pre-cooling/reheating section of the high-performance 3-in-1 plate heat exchanger for further cooling. It subsequently enters the evaporator section, where it is rapidly cooled and the condensed moisture is separated.The treated low-temperature compressed air then returns to the pre-cooling/reheating heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the incoming hot compressed air. This reheats the dry compressed air before it is discharged from the dryer.The refrigeration system precisely adjusts the compressor speed according to changes in system load. The operating frequency is automatically regulated to match the actual air treatment demand, ensuring stable and energy-efficient operation.
Low energy consumption: the three-in-one plate heat exchanger is adopted, and the whole machine can save 20~30% of energy consumption;
Low pressure drop: the pressure loss of the whole machine is less than 0.015MPa, which is lower than the national standard;
Low dew point: under standard working conditions, the pressure dew point is as low as 2~10℃, and the electronic bypass valve is adopted, making the system more stable;
Environmentally friendly and durable: the whole series adopts environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a/R407C, which meets international environmental standards and has a maximum pressure of 1.6MPa;
