Pre-Cooler
The pre-cooler reduces the temperature of high-temperature compressed air. To achieve high heat transfer efficiency within a compact structure, a plate-fin heat exchanger is used. Its aluminum alloy construction provides excellent thermal conductivity, high heat transfer efficiency, and a compact design.
High-Performance 3-in-1 Plate Heat Exchanger
A specially engineered 3-in-1 plate heat exchanger has been developed for this series. It features a low pressure drop and large heat transfer area, with more than 30% greater heat transfer area than conventional 3-in-1 plate heat exchangers of the same air flow capacity.
Variable-Frequency Control System
The control program is specially optimized for this series, providing high control accuracy, fast response, and comprehensive real-time monitoring. Parameters monitored include compressed air inlet and outlet temperatures, pressure dew point, compressed air pressure, evaporation temperature, condensing temperature, suction temperature, evaporation pressure, condensing pressure, and refrigerant discharge temperature. An RS-485 communication interface is standard across the entire series.
Variable-Frequency Compressor
For enhanced operating stability, the entire series is equipped with Mitsubishi permanent-magnet DC inverter compressors. These compressors feature smooth operation, a wide frequency range, and low noise. The internal rotor is treated with an anti-wear coating, ensuring stable output even at ultra-high operating speeds.
To ensure stable performance and reliable long-term operation, the Frequency Conversion Refrigerated Air Dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Applicable fluid: Compressed air, non-corrosive and non-flammable gas
- Rated inlet pressure:0.7 MPa
(0.6 MPa~1.0 MPa is allowed. Other working pressures are subject to customization) - Rated inlet temperature:45℃(Limit inlet temperature:≤80℃) 7 2
- Pressure dew point:2℃~10℃
- Outlet pressure dew point:<0.01 MPa
- Inlet air temperature: 35℃
(2℃~45℃ can be used) - Cooling method:Air-cooled/Water-cooled (optional)
For the best drying result, the dryer should be installed in a well-ventilated environment with stable inlet conditions. Proper pre-filtration is recommended to protect the internal heat-exchange system and maintain efficient condensate separation over long-term operation.
