  1. Low pressure loss: The precooler is a newly designed annular pipe structure, with three times more pipes than the traditional precooler. The sufficient cross-sectional area of ​​compressed air further reduces the pressure difference, and the pressure loss of the whole machine is less than 0.1 bar;
  2. Frequency conversion energy saving: Brand inverter, frequency conversion range 30Hz~90Hz, by changing the electromechanical frequency of the dryer to match the actual working conditions;
  3. Intelligent control: Standard PLC and touch screen, intelligently control the compressor cooling capacity output by sensing the evaporation load, ensure the machine runs in the best state, and standard RS-485 communication interface.

The Frequency Conversion Refrigerated Air Dryer is designed to provide stable, energy-efficient moisture removal for industrial compressed air systems. By using variable-speed (frequency conversion) control, the refrigeration system automatically adjusts output based on air-load demand, reducing energy consumption while maintaining a consistent dew point.


Design Principle

This dryer features a centrally mounted evaporator core within the heat-exchange assembly, significantly reducing cooling loss and improving heat-exchange efficiency. More cooling capacity is delivered to the pre-cooler, ensuring faster and more effective moisture removal.

A newly designed integrated water separator, equipped with 304 stainless-steel wire mesh, provides highly efficient vapor-liquid separation. Condensed water is completely removed, delivering clean and dry compressed air for sensitive equipment and demanding production environments.

  • Applicable Fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air

  • Rated Inlet Pressure: 0.7 MPa (0.6–1.0 MPa allowable; other pressures customizable)

  • Rated Inlet Temperature: 45°C (maximum ≤ 60°C)

  • Pressure Loss (Full Load): < 0.01 MPa

  • Outlet Dew Point: 2°C – 10°C

  • Ambient Temperature: 35°C (operating range 2°C – 45°C)

  • Cooling Method: Air-cooled / Water-cooled optional
